Returned some gamemodes which were missing by mistake (King Protection, Trophy Thieves).

Temporary disable second Gale gadget (we haven't done it yet).

Optional update to 37.238 of Null's Brawl has come out! It contains all client fixes from SC: new animated STU pins, fixes of effects in battle/menu, fixes in spectate mode.
